Terms & Conditions

  For the fee of £75 (seventy five pounds) per week, we will provide:
    • Feeding /water twice a day, seven days a week
    • Grooming once a day, seven days a week
    • Mucking out - daily pickup, weekly fresh straw bedding
  The owner will provide:
    • all feed (hard feed, hay, etc.) and equipment
    • Proof of regular farrier and equine dentist attendance
    • Proof of regular worming
    • Proof of Horse Passport
  Fees will be paid one week in advance.
 Owners will keep the area in and around their allocated stable clean / tidy.
 Failure to pay fees, or abide by any of the other terms in this agreement,
    for two consecutive weeks will render this agreement void and the owner
    will be asked to remove their horse/pony from the property.
  If your horse/pony is thought to be in need of veterinary treatment we will attempt
    to contact you. If we are unable to contact you we will contact your vet direct.
 If we are unable to contact your vet we will call our own vet.
  Owners are responsible for providing their own insurance; the owner must pay for /
    make good any damage to our property, caused by either the owner or their
    horse/pony.
The owner will abide by the Willow Tree Stables House Rules.
